Only travel via Manchester Airport if you have no luggage whatsoever. Also wear joggers. I don’t think there has been a single occasion where I’ve got through security hassle-free. I’ve even tested positive for explosives there. Creating a security alert with a vibrator was one of the better travel experiences though.
